As this year draws to a close and a brand new one 2012 will begin soon, I want to give you this great gift – a beautiful 10 minutes video, hope you enjoy it.
This special video is from TED Conference earlier this year. The words are wonderful – especially once the elderly man starts speaking about halfway through – and the images are glorious.
The content in the video makes you realize that you have too much more to thankful for than you realize. It asks that you take just this present moment and appreciate what you are seeing and sharing around you. Once you focus on all the simple glories of the moment, you find happiness and bliss are present, too.
But best of all, it reminds us that appreciation and gratitude are not only essential components of “the certain way” we’ve chosen to live, but they are just about the BEST feelings we can experience – All the wealth you’ll see here is already yours. How cool is that?
Live life to the fullest and be grateful for what you have, smile more often and don’t let the bad times completely stick with you. Look forward to another day, for it is a gift. Help those in need and offer a comforting shoulder. Spread peace, love, and understanding. Choose not to hate.
And we need to bow down to the Ultimate One and be grateful for the life we live.
Take a moment to let gratitude flow over your heart and you become a beacon of light into a whole new vista of preciousness and loving that you haven’t known before. Much love!
