Is there any areas in your life are not working or don’t work out as you expected, such as with friends, work, or personal relationships? If it is, then this might be the clue which tell you that it is the time to change certain of your thought patterns.
Change something that has been be a part of you for a long time can be hard. However, once you aware of why change is always scary and how to embrace it, and what, when, why you usually tell yourself about certain things, you can make the conscious effort to change it.
Build and form any new habits take time, it is the same as change thoughts, it’s going to take time and practice, and it is not going to be something that you can change overnight.
Personally, I believe, if you willing to take the risk, to sacrificing, can feel the ease of alignment, you can train and change your thoughts.
Negative thoughts can choking you, so stop resisting, start to aligned, allowing and go with the flow.
