When it comes to relaxing after a hard day of work, you might take a little coffee or tea, or probably a few rounds of beer or any other booze you could get your hands on. For me, I like to take some tea first, then turn on my music, close my eyes and lied down on the sofa relax for while, you know what, often time it leads me into a short nap, but afterward I feel really fresh and good, ha.
But what’s really interesting to know is that how do other people go through the usual part of life when faced with vein-popping stress?
