If you are not a happy per­son then it is a choice you made by your­self. You know you have full con­trol over your life as well as the deci­sions that you make. There are many fac­tors in which peo­ple mea­sure their hap­pi­ness. Exam­ple, some peo­ple think money is the hap­pi­ness, how­ever they may absolutely mis­er­able with what they do on a daily basis to make their money.

You might look at peo­ple who have absolutely every­thing, such as wealth, pos­ses­sions, sta­tus or etc, you strive and want to be like them. But do you know these things don’t cre­ate hap­pi­ness? And actu­ally hap­pi­ness is a choice.
