It also helps detoxify the body and is highly effective for respiratory disorders like asthma and bronchitis. It is a very good source of iron, vitamin C and vitamin A, which benefit the immune system.
We all know that when we have effective metabolism, we will have better results in the weight loss process. This powerful spice prevents the storage of fat and thus results in burning the body fat.
You can combine the cumin with many foods such as vegetables (squash, cauliflower, carrots, sweet potato, pumpkin,) into garlic powder, paprika, pepper, onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder soups etc.
