Where are you right this moment? Are you having fun of doing what you’re doing? Are you spending so much time dwelling on past or future scenarios? Are you living in the now? Are you moping around, making do, and putting up with a situation that makes you unhappy?
Many people spend a huge amount of their ‘now time’ thinking about past events and future possibilities, if you are one of them doing that, it’s not so good at all because the ‘present moment’ is really all we have!
Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t mean to reflect on good memories of days gone by and prudent to do a little visualized abundance planning for the future is not good; actually, if it’s done so in moderation, it is an indeed good thing to do. However, if you spend a good chunk of your days in the past or in some possible future, lose what’s really important – the ‘present’ moment, then it is not so clever.
You see, life is far too short for wasting time worrying and moping around etc. As you go through about your day, take a coffee break and have a serious think about where your thoughts are, if anything, consider what you need to change, so that you can truly live and ENJOY living your life NOW!
If you think it is impossible, well, think it again! You CAN, and you have that absolutely power to create the opportunities for yourself, you should be having fun, you CAN live in a more fulfilling and fun life – you deserve it!
It is also true that, in the process to achieve the life you really want, sometime it does make you feel like an uphill struggle. However, if you are doing something that you are really passionate about or enjoy, then you really can have FUN when you make changes and break out of those comfort zones.
To live on each day fully, the secret actually is very simple, you can choose how you want your day look like – want to have more fun, to laughter and joy more; or feel depressed, unhappy and show sad face etc. It is always your choice.
And a proven fact is that people who enjoy life and are happy tend to be healthier and live longer, their life also become a whole lot brighter, that’s a really win-win.
“People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.” – Dale Carnegie
So, how are you going to enjoy today? What are you going to do to make life more fun?
Choose wisely and have a fantastic day! 🙂
