Life, by itself actually is a fantastic journey, unfortunately, many people plod along life’s path feeling miserable. They cling on to negative emotions and experiences and not embrace positive, happy thoughts.
Negative emotions and thoughts can come from different sources, for some people, they inherit or pick up such ‘negative programming’ from family, friends, living environment or acquaintances, or by focusing on negative media stories. And for some other people is due to their past experiences or future worries not enjoying the simple happiness found in the moment that is now.
If you want to shift your state of being to one that is predominantly joyful and contented, you have to begin to embracing the positive than the negative aspects of life, there no other way around, no one else can help you do it, only yourself. You have to form a new way of thinking habit from negative to positive, and focusing on the positive aspects of your day.
Start from small step, below are few simple things you can committed and do everyday:

* Look for the good in a difficult situation.
* Laugh lots and make others laugh, too.
* Watch your self-talk, it is your internal dialogue supporting your right to happiness.
* See the beautiful colours of a rainbow and not focus on the rain.
* Become a glass half-full not a glass half-empty person.
There only few hours a day, don’t postpone your happiness until tomorrow, tomorrow might never come. So be happy now and make it your choice.
Happiness is all about being and living in the moment! You can enjoy a fantastic life by making a few changes to your thoughts, thinking, beliefs, and actions. It is really that simple!
