Before you do something, you need to learn and get involve in an activity, because the learning can serve to strengthen your own understanding of it through gaining practical, first-hand experience of the activity.
Through the process of doing the things, you learn how to do it and then learn how what you have learned is wrong and right.
In the past week, I am so in mood and want to learn how to make Chapati and cake. I am having so much fun in taking part in these activities 🙂
1. Making Chapati / Roti
Personally, I like to eat stuff that made from whole-wheat, thus, Chapati becomes one of my favor food and it is very good for the health.
There are many benefits of eating Chapati. Such as it can be easily digested compare with rice, it provides your body with Vitamins and minerals like Magnesium, Phosphorous, Potassium, Calcium and Iron. It can decrease the risk of cardio-vascular issues as it has less amount of fat. As they contain fewer calories and more fiber, it can also helps keep up healthy weight.
Because it has no oil or butter added, chapatis are pretty low in their calories, thus, you can use it as a weight loss diet. And if you suffer from constipation, you can try chapati, it helps in preventing constipation.
The fiber content as well as the Selenium content in chapati are said to reduce the risk of certain types of cancers as well.
Instead of buying it from outside, I decided to give it try to made it by myself 🙂
Well, the work wasn’t that easy, it takes time to practice. The first time my chapati was dry, they didn’t look nice & taste just so so.
The second time the outcome better, it soft & nice taste. Still, the shape are not round 🙁
This task is very challenge, I never make any cake before, so the first time was really nervous when I made chocolate moist cake, especially when decorate the cake, it looks easy but actually really difficult to do.
