I need to be brutally honest right now so prepare yourself.
Companies will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to survive, and that includes laying off loyal and dedicated employees. Here is the truly brutal part – the longer you have worked for a company, the more likely you are to be laid off or have your position eliminated.
Why? Simple because economics.
Employees who have spend more time and working longer at a company tend to have higher compensation packages so it saves more money to eliminate them as opposed to new employees. Some company even worse due to boss’s own insecure feeling, they afraid of one day their smart employees will take over their position and so they get rid off them first.
But the sad truth is that a recession may hurt the bottom line for companies but it can truly destroy the lifestyles of employees whose jobs are eliminated in order to cut costs, boost the stock price and so forth!
Let’s face it – the economy is in the dumps right now and companies will continue cutting jobs in record numbers. A bad economy means fewer sales for most “brick and mortar” companies. Traditional retailers will continue to see declining sales as consumers look to cut costs.
However, on the other hand, this will actually drive more business to the Internet because websites tend to have lower overhead and no sales tax (except for in-state sales) when compared to traditional retailers!
That’s right, as people look to save money in these tough times, they will increasingly turn to low-overhead websites. By that, the absolute surest way to “recession-proof” your lifestyle is to take control of your financial future by turning to the Internet for increased cash flow and achieve success. Thus, no matter you are an retired, a student or stay at home happy mom, the need for additional revenue streams has never been greater than right now.
Success is not a destination – it is an ongoing process that never ends. You see, those extremely successful people like Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, Warren Buffet, and others all have one thing in common: The Right Attitude.
What I mean is that no matter how successful you are, there will always be times when failure of some kind comes knocking at your door, when that time comes, the right attitude is ultimately what separates those who succeed despite failures, and those who simply fail to succeed.
At MMO, we understand all too well that online success doesn’t just boil down to having the right tools and business plan – you also need to have the support and ongoing help necessary to maintain the right attitude for success.
Because of the hype and scam issues, many people scared or don’t believe or doubt about the possibility to achieve online business success, which I totally understand. Now, let’s clear about one thing: transforming thought into action is much more than some simple catch phrase, when it comes to making money online, it’s an ongoing process filled with many small steps.
So hurry – don’t wait until you receive a “pink slip” from your employer, don’t let them do that to you. With MMO on your side, all you need is a computer and an Internet connection to start your very own online empire.
